Hi, everyone! This is another skincare review and it’s the Cetaphil Light Gel Sunscreen. Never skip a sunscreen protection! And nowadays, there’s a wide range of sunscreens in the market. Others are greasy, sticky, while some come in shades like bb creams. This is the right one for me, being it light and safe for sensitive skin. Plus, I was surprised with its finish when applied. For you to find out why!

Helps prevent skin pigmentation and premature skin aging. Cetaphil Sun SPF50+ Light Gel offers high broad spectrum sun protection against UVA/UVB rays for both face and body. A lightweight sunscreen that is highly water resistant and suitable for sensitive skin, making it ideal for everyday protection.

HOW TO USE
1. Apply approximately 20 minutes before sun exposure.
2. Apply generously and allow to absorb into the skin.
*Re-apply as needed.

Hello, from it’s consistency I told another subscriber before that it’s chemical, but then I was told by another that it can’t be based from the texture, rather with the ingredients. Anyhow, I posted the ingredients and asked Cetaphil online store, they responded “Hi , Thank you for reaching Cetaphil Flagship Store. It's chemical, Cetaphil Sun SPF50+ Gel 50ml is high UV protection suitable even for the most sensitive skin. Thank you!”. I hope this helps. :)

Don't know how effective it is regarding the sun protection, but I can say this for sure after using - it is super oily. I guess it's about perspective- some may call it a glow and the others may call it oil! I choose to call the latter! Also, the word 'gel' is quite misleading, it's actually cream.

Expensive if you'll use it for both face and body. Cheaper to buy neutrogena for face or 1 of those tinted sunscreens na moisturizer and foundation na rin for t he face. And buy a cheaper php200 sunscreen for body. Facial sunscreens needs to be reapplied every 2hrs outdoors and every 6hrs indoors.

oh, I'm not sure po sa version na yun. At least this one, doesn't smell anything.

It's fake, try to read the back label, it says "spf 50" while spf 118 in front. And I bet, you got it from a very very cheap price around 100 to 200 pesos? there is no such variant of cetaphil containing spf 118. Stop using it, it may irritate your skin. Hope this helps.

I just bought this. My face oils a lot and this made it more greasy, I should've bought the VMV HYPO sports armada, a better choice but I'd like to give Cetaphil sun light gel a chance with some few tweaks in routine.

@@veryANNEusual physical or chemical is not determined by how thick or thin the sunscreen is. Kindly check ingredients: if it has zinc oxide & titanium dioxide its definitely physical. If it has all those other chemicals like oxybenzone etc its chemical. Please read. Thanks.

Actually it is a combination sunscreen and the UV filters they put are hardcore! ♥️💪 Octinoxate (uvb), Uvinul A Plus (uvb,uvaII,uvaI), Tinosorb S (uvb,uvaII,uvaI), Titanium Dioxide (uvb,uvaII), Uvinul t 150 (uvb), Tinosorb M (uvb,uvaII,uvaI).
