⬇️⬇️English recipe follows⬇️⬇️ 蘿蔔排骨湯 材料: 排骨半斤 蘿蔔1斤 薑(厚身連皮)2片 芫荽1棵 處理: 1. 排骨,清水沖洗乾淨,擎乾水。 2. 排骨,用少許鹽撈勻。 3. 蘿蔔,去皮,刨2次。 4. 蘿蔔,打橫1開3,打直切一片片。 5. 蘿蔔,用粗鹽1茶匙加入滾水浸5分鐘,除去苦澀味。 烹調: 1. 大火在煲內煲滾水1升。 2. 薑,洗乾淨,拍鬆,放入煲。 3. 芫荽,洗乾淨,切出根部,放入煲。其餘切碎,放碗中。 4. 放排骨入煲,大火煲滾,轉慢火煲10分鐘。 5. 蘿蔔已浸好鹽水10分鐘,清水沖洗乾淨,放入煲內,大火滾5分鐘。 6. 湯已煲了5分鐘,熄火,倒入碗中。 7. 加入芫荽碎。 8. 完成,可享用。 Pork ribs soup with white radish Ingredients: Pork ribs 0.5 catty White radish 1 catty Ginger (thick with skin) 2 slices Coriander 1 No. Preparation: 1. Pork ribs, rinse with tap water. Hang dry. 2. Pork ribs, mix well with little salt. 3. White radish, get it peeled. Peel for 2 times. 4. White radish, cut in 3 pieces horizontally. Turn to low flame and cook for 10 minutes. 5. White radish has been soaked in salty water for 10 minutes, rinse with tap water. Put into pot, heat up at high flame and cook for 5 minutes. 6. Soup has been cooked for 5 minutes, turn off fire. Pour into bowl. 7. Put coriander on top. 8. Complete. Serve.
