Really nice timepiece, please keep it. I still regret to have sold my Port Royal El Primero. Good old pre-LVMH days where all Zenith watches were best value watches.

Got mine today for 6900 in germany it is a 2011 and NOS i really love it and i dont think i will sell this ever so i am happy about the price it got a unworn steel bracelet and i got a leather one wich i will put on very soon.

Great looking watch. I think the dial color/moon phase color hides the moon phase a bit. A little more pop from the moon phase would be nice.

You can also find the Concord Impresario chronographs triple calendar , 38 mm and vintage too, with the same El Primero caliber . It's almost a clone, but without the moonphase and with more blin blin, and you can still get more affordable, but not cheap. I prefer the Chronomaster

Depends on the watchmaker and if anything is broken. I paid around $600. It's not a cheap caliber to service but should last you ten years

It might be NOS but it's a lot for this model. Once you've worn it, it won't be brand new and it'll fall in the bracket where it usually trades, between 3k and 5k

Pump and dump baby! Nah, the thought crossed my mind at times because we all want the newer flashier Instagram things. Then when I saw what Breitling and JLC came up with, I realised it's not about to be replaced.

What a disaster movement to service. Zenith service cost is through the roof for this one and it's not particularly sturdy being hi-beat El Primero and added moonphase and triple calendar. Being complicated also finding independent watchmakers for repair is not easy. I just decided to sell it and take my losses after 4 years of struggles (probably close to half at service shops) and over 3000€ in service fees

Sorry to hear about your trouble. As I like to say, there's a reason why "complications" are called that. I'm lucky to have a good and reasonable watch repair in HK but the low price for these implies service costs may run high.
