Sam the assembly and the chamber house is totally made of metal or die cast please do explain as I am keen to know and you all know it why I am askin this 🙏🙏🇮🇹

Do you mean the outer casing? They are cast aluminium I had mine powder coated. Not long spent a couple of weeks in Italy and saw Vespa ET's almost every day! 😀

Recommended locktite on the nut. Plus use a,torque wrench

Sounds like "auto choke" not moving after Warm up , happened to my friend's. Try a new unit , they are simple to fit
