Great Video, Can you also do a valve adjustment video for the newer type engines where the valve adjustment tops do not have screws to loosen to make adjustment.

My HPE 300 owners manual says valves should be adjusted every 10,000 kms. Robot said every 20,000. Why the difference?

@@Suaneslopez yes, did the valves clearance, the outlet was really tight (nearly closed) it was a different bike after! Did it myself to followed robots tutorial, easy

​@@ianbrock7190thnx for the reply. I did it also yesterday. They where not far away from spec adjusted a little. Did a sparkplug while i was there. Easy job. But still when the bike is cold wont hold idle 🤔

Think i will clean the injector next. The e10 fuel could be 6months old just bought the bike.

I really appreciate how my Harley only needed gas and oil changes after owning a Vespa. These scooters need a lot off work to keep them on the road

Is the Harley more comfortable to ride than a vespa? I seriously doubt that!

Definitely, the fact that HD uses hydraulic lifters is wonderful, supposedly 'antiquated' engines, but now I'm looking for my next motorcycle, and it doesn't matter which one, all of them require valve adjustments: Triumph, BMW boxers, Royal Enfield, KTM. It's incredible. I thought hydraulic lifters were something common, but I was wrong. I don't mind doing that work, but every 10,000 km seems insulting to me.

Thanks allot for this video much appreciated!! My GTS is not running idle when cold. Checked the valves hoped for a tight exhaust. But all 4 almost in spec. Any ideas what it could be more. Changed the spark plug aswell. I will clean the injector also. Any input or ideas?

Update: after cleaning the throttle body and stepmotor inlet. Injector clean. Still the same 🤔. How much pressure should primeming normally give? I took of the fuel line let it prime fuel came out but not on pressure

Hej Robot could you give me a hand? Ive changed variator + belt + rollers in Vespa 125 ET4. Originaly i've had 8,5g and its was really hard just to get goin from traffic lights. I've changed to 7gr and still acceleration is awful (0-20, 20-80 it goes to high imo)

Adjusting the valves on my Porsche is easier.
