Universal LED Topcase Light Kit

A superb install vid, it’s refreshingly perfect. You’ve sold me. I realize I’m a little late to the game here, but what needs to feed into that kit controller? My brake lights are led, but my turn signals are incandescent. Can I tap into those lines directly and the controller in the kit will know what’s up? Or do I need an additional modulator between my turn signals and the kit controller to adjust for them being incandescent, so that kit lights won’t rapidly flash way faster than my oem turn signals?

Thank you so much for the detailed walkthrough! I do worry about those posi-tap type connectors and prefer to solder bullet connectors and heat shrink the connection. Just my preference. This looks like a great solution for my motorcycle taillight obstructed by my Givi box.

Always best to solder for sure, but these are a quick easy solution that is reversible.Haven't had any issues with them over the years. Thanks for the input!
