Hello from the UK 😊. Really appreciate your content. For every one of us suffering this awful condition. Every piece of info is vital . I pray daily that i get past this life changing event. 🙏. 11 months in with vest neuritis. Bppv.cervical spondylosis also . Hardest fight of my life 😮.

Hi there! Oh my that is quite the combination. Definitely common to have multi factorial caused of dizziness, but I can see why that’s difficult because you have to do a lot of hand motions for the neuritis, but it will definitely bother your neck so you have to proceed with caution. Just try what you can and set functional goals for yourself each week.

I have most of these symptoms from last 11 years. Did lots of doctor visits, but no one has ever been able to tell me what is the reason. Headache from childhood. All the best to everyone who is struggling with this issue.

@@jamesouseph3226 are you able to at least mediate your symptoms? Through massage therapy, cranial psychotherapy, patience. I definitely is a lifelong struggle with abs and flows, wishing you the best!

I bought your book, found a new pt, I’m doing ok, but would still love a more detailed diagnoses. BPPV is root cause consistent recurring. Then vestibular migraine, hypofuntion and no one will diagnose the cervical part yet, trying to figure out where to go with that. When in Ohio, will make a plan to visit you! ❤

@@terriannvalentino8826 ugh recurrent bppv is the worst., there is a surgical procedure rare but if truly bppv is it worth it for you? Yes if your ever in ohio I would be happy to treat you!

I had surgery for SCDS plugging 20 years ago but since anything my inner ear pressure gets thrown off then it sends me on weeks to months of horrific vestibular symptoms and nothing helps. No headaches just feel like walking in bouncy house, fluttering in post surgery ear, louder tinitis in both ears, sharp pains in ears, some vertigo, 24/7 dizziness, off balance, motion sickness, major inner ear pressure that feels like both ear drums will blow. Sound and light sensitivity. Have had all the testing. I have vestibular dysfunction on post surgical side. Glad I found you 🙏

Hopefully the vestibular exercises will help overtime. How long have you been doing them? Also, I am interviewing a neurotology surgeon next month. I might have to ask her specifically about complication she’s seen with canal dehiscence plugging and some of the things that could go wrong. Would that be OK if I asked her about your case?

❤❤ this is worth a shot I guess. About 5 years ago got the flu and a nasty ear infections. Developed very bad imbalance issues. Take the room time to catch up when turning head. Ringing and humming in the ear for about two years and migraines as well. Fortunately the ringing and humming have subsided. Daily I still have a feeling of the floor bouncing under my feet, and just very off balance wise. Like on a boat and just can’t stabilize a lot of the time. I do have times of relief from it but not as much as one would hold and it always comes back so to speak. It’s a tough thing to deal with and not sure how to address it. I know it could be many things and this may not be enough information to adequately address the situation but thanks for your videos and help this far. ❤❤❤

Have you had a VnG? Have you gone to vestibular therapy and done a beginner to advanced Gaze stability program? I have a playlist on that topic if you need it!

What state are you out of? I would love if I can be treated or looked at as another case study for you. Undiagnosed CD, no history of VM and ENT cardio and Neuro cleared me with imaging and the works. I’ve been dizzy for 4 months now. On and off but every day. Some days few minutes the whole day some days are the whole day. Started when I was at work, sitting looking up at a colleague and head turned 45 degrees, then I will look back down at my paper and back up, did this a few times, last time I did everything went black, never fainted but extremely dizzy, the rocking off feeling and just never went away. Never fainted. Occasional numbness in left arm. Sometimes I’m better when I walk, active, driving but sitting I start to feel off and rocking. Couldn’t work, drive for a month. Better now but all symptoms remain. 33M, no history of migraines. +C5/6 radiculopathy. Active, but do a lot of desk work. I’m desperate to feel normal again to play with my 3 girls and not feel like I’m off unmotivating me to just sit at home.

I believe this is a fascinating example of the trigemino-cervical complex in action. I've encountered patients whose neck movements triggered vestibular migraine attacks. Could the trigeminocervical complex be the key? It seems plausible
@treatdizzinessathome20233 ай бұрын
Yes I know it that can definitely be a trigger for migraines. This particular patient got relief with all the suboccipital work though
