I'm speechless, when I lift my head as you do at 3:37 my swimmingness goes away!!! After all these years only to have it done over the internet! Amy, you are a consulate professional. I'm thinking I should get one of those foam collars people wear after an injury but of course I will watch more of your videos to see what other magic you have in store for us. I'm giggling I'm so happy.

Oh my gosh!!!! That’s amazing! I wouldn’t quite do the foam collar because then that could lead to weakness. I do have a video that’s labeled whiplash that has a really comprehensive strengthening program. I really need to redo that video, but I would look at that video. Also, here’s a link to One of the best traction devices that I can recommend for my patient with cervicogenic dizziness if you can afford it and if you can lay down facebook.com/share/Vj3mBadzHbQiBuzr/?mibextid=wwXIfr You can also call around to your local physical therapy clinics and ask if they have anyone who specializes in Neck related dizziness and if they have attraction unit at their clinic. For a more affordable option on Amazon, they sell over the door traction units with a pulley, and that could also be helpful.

Amy, I got a deep tissue massage ( on the cruise) and got dizzy on the mat table within minutes. Seems like the massage triggered my dizziness. I have been feeling more floating than before. I need to get over this dizziness business or I am losing my mind. Btw beautiful hair and skin. Happy 2025 ❤

Hello and happy 2025!! 😊😊 I do have a question please: can cervicogenic dizziness be 24/7 for months? Thank you for your channel, it is helping me a lot! ❤
@treatdizzinessathome20235 күн бұрын
Hi and thank you for your question! In my experience yes cervicogenic dizziness can be rather constant. It might go away in bed but as soon as you’re upright, it can start giving you symptoms. Really the only way you know is if you start getting treated or doing Some of the stretches and mobility and it starts to decrease in intensity. Then you would know if there’s a circle with the component. Hopefully that’s helpful and cheers to do a better 2025! Let me know if I can help in any other way, and I really appreciate your support!😄

If mine is cervicogenic, would Topamax be helpful? Doctor put me on Topamax and boy, I'm 80% better with my balance. So, I failed the air pressure in the ear test which made my eyes move. Passed other tests. Going on 6 months.

What about when you rub the back of your neck and feel dizzy or wobbly?
@treatdizzinessathome20235 күн бұрын
Oh, that’s a good question! I have only had a few people that get worse when working on the Neck but if that’s the case, you might want to look at Kinesio tape to reduce any inflammation in the base of the neck, Arnica and magnesium cream, or a provider can use cupping or light guasha Stone to start to move some of the inflammation that might be causing that excitability to touch.

I’ve been diagnosed with either hypofunction left ear . 31 percent weaker on the left . I started vestibular testosterone like 2 weeks ago and were working on balance and cognitive VOR . I had a pass out fall last feb and symptoms of floaty sensation came on two months after and gradually got worse . So I’m hoping the person will help
