Awesome work with such a small space to bring the trees down in, and darn swish edit of the reel, cheers.

Minute 4:32: I've known the phrase "Go out on a limb" for all my adult life, but now I finally have a visual to go with it. Looks precarious and fun at the same time. I also enjoyed a few new camera angles you tried out. You have a great attitude, even though the job took longer and probably ate into your profit.

Hahahaha…. I remove 2 codom spruce today that were typical in size for my area…. One was 30” across the hinge the other was 26”, bucked into 16” blocks gave the home owner a row of rounds about 12’ long and 5’ high…. Our trees this far north grow like ice cream cones 🤣 60’ is a tall tree 😎🤣👍

Nice one! 👍Too bad you couldn’t use the neighbors yard. I need a new flip line. My 10 footer is way too small for trees like these! Do you have any recommendations? Gibson double ended?

Good job bro! That drop zone is trashola! Did you attempt to utilize the neighbors yard for the brush? You might have saved some time and energy rigging the wood until the bigger bottom stuff so they could just drop 4-6ft sections on top of a firewood mountain and cut it into 16" on the ground. Spar pole, tip tying always goes fast because you are not moving rigging like negative blocking but with a loopie/omni even negative rigging can sometimes be easier than firewood chunking.
@VeteranTreeService2 ай бұрын
By the time I realized the job was taking so long it was all too late. The neighbor's yard didn't have great access either. Chunking the trees down in firewood size only took 4 hours, it was the limbing that took forever.

@@VeteranTreeService Yeah, they always take a lot longer. Next time you will bid it for 3 days😀

I've never have been a fan of loose a bowline at the end other rope I tie a double fishermen to keep it tight against the carabiner so you don't have to fumble around with it. It keeps it secure and easier to open

I just had a thought, what if you attach a GoPro to the branch as you cut the branch off so we can see the pov of the branch as it falls and swings. Just remember to take it off before you throw it in the chipper!

As a homeowner that has a little common sense and I mean a little I would have taken the time to remove that trellis. And would have asked someone to help me if unable to do it myself. You can help the help is all I’m saying
@kkattrap2 ай бұрын
Homeowner would have to cut down the plant on the trellis, it could take years to recover to that size...although it looks like it's growing into the roof gutter so maybe that would be the better choice.
@tuanas4582 ай бұрын
How much was it to remove those three trees?

Nice edits of the branch bundles around 9mins. The edits from day two seemed a bit more jump cut. For a guy who's profession is running a tree company, your editing skills are getting better in every video.
