Vetro Vero Glassblowers Create a Luminous Purple Hand Blown Glass Vessel

Hi Everyone! Here is an educational video of Michael Schunke and Josie Gluck creating a purple blown glass art vessel for the Vetro Vero Serif Flask Collection.
Josie narrates the glassblowing process from start-to-finish, and Michael giggles in the middle. Highlights include glass color application, a solid foot, shaping the neck, and applying a large molten glass bit at the end.

@@VetroVeroGlassblowingStudio A great shame about the background music though, I have yet to see any video which benefits from background music, to me it's always a very annoying distraction which often makes me either stop the video or mute it. The natural sounds are often so much better. Sorry to criticise, the craftsmanship on display is excellent, it's just that for me the music let down the video.

Thanks for the feedback. You might prefer the two twisty cup videos - both are posted without commentary or music for exactly that reason, and for students to compare the two processes without being “told” what’s happening. This is the first we’ve done with music, so let us know how you like the others please!
