I studied the benefits of pomegranate earlier this year and I've been hooked on it. I use a manual citrus juicer and I'm able to get a lot of juice out using that apparatus. There are some seeds left over in the pomegranate but they can be consumed, pomegranate seeds are rich in fiber so it is very good for you. Great video bro

I love pomegranate! ❤ I recommend using something like a stone flint knife to cut open the pomegranate. Steel knives tend to oxidise the pomegranate seeds. A sliver of a knapped stone is very sharp and can easily cut into the skin of the pomegranate around 2.5mm deep. Then pry the pomegranate apart.

Nice video. Coming up we use to pick the seeds straight from the fruit and eat it. However, we only ate the jelly like substance off of the seeds. Thank you for the video. I cut it the same way you do. What I do differently after that is I gently remove the seeds with my fingers in a large bowl of water. Then I do what you are showing, you can remove the white part that floats up. Gently detaching the seeds directly in water prevents the splatter. I use a strainer to remove the water after I am done. I have heard that if you eat pomegranate seeds and dates at the same time, that this is a powerful plaque reverser. Not sure if thats true but the combination of both eaten together is delicious anyways.
