No FIFA deserves to be in the top 10 because of its primitive scripted gameplay. I could still allow PES 3 or 5 here, but only because of the cool gameplay, otherwise these games are practically unplayable without fixing the option file and any additions. That is, this is a story for a fan of a particular series of games. By and large, among the sports simulators, only NHL 2004 (or NHL 2001, perhaps 2002) and maybe something from the NBA series deserves attention...
