Cuz Microsoft can't release a game if it only works on series X and not the S. The devs even said series S is a problem. Even ps5 is having serious issues running it

Even Forspoken, a PlayStation exclusive was on the xbox app for pc.

I'm perplexed as to why PS5 players think that Wukong sales are driven by the PS5? They are not. Wukong has sold 18M copies worldwide, according to Statista. 3M of those sales were on PS5 and 2M of those 3M were from China. Chinese gamers are PS5 gamers like everyone else, but that means that Wukong has only sold 1M copies outside of China on the PS5. A vast majority (15M) of Wukong's sales are on PC. I'm fairly positive that Wukong would sell 3M on Xbox. PS5 fanboys look up total number sold and just run with that number rather than looking at which platform the sales were coming from while bashing PC gamers for playing indie games and pirating their games.

@@dante19890 Could be, but it has just as much chance of selling on Xbox than it does on PS5, considering it didn't sell all that great on PS5 compared to PC. Let's be real. Wukong sold around 15M on PC and if Wukong wasn't on PC 3M on PS5 would sounds like a big number, but as a publisher 3M on either console isn't that great compared to PC sales. This is why most "exclusive" PS developers are moving into the PC space. Also, at this point many Xbox gamers don't want the game due to the fiasco at hand and PC gamers can get it on PC if they wanted to, so not much of a market on Xbox now. At launch, they probably would have done better, but the hype has died down. The only reason people are talking about Wukong is because of the drama.

Plus is the 5 and X/S that far apart. It made sense back in the day with Nintendo because Wii/U and switch a no were near as powerful meaning alot of effort is required for porting. But X Box and PlayStation are pretty close those generation in terms of spec i though

PlayStation super fans seem to move the goal post every time - if ends up to be true, I could very easily imagine folks claiming that "the devs accepted the deal, they coulda turned it down. Why is Sony the bad guys for helping out some indie studio to get their game over to console??
