Delightfully realistic video about tuning, 90% of the tune is cold start, cranking enrichment, idle, and throttle tip-in(aceel-enrichment) the money shot on the dyno to maximise HP is that last 10%. . tuning a car for max HP is surprisingly easy, making a car start well, idle well, and have good drivability is an artform.

For your intake filter boxes, you should add a differential pressure transmitter to monitor the filter restriction. This is what we do for industrial dust collection and baghouses to monitor filter condition. Would be very easy to do, just put a vacuum transmitter on the negative pressure side of the filter and reference the deltaP from atmosphere. Tie it in as an alarm if it gets too high!
