VHS Camcorder Footage #1 - 5/16/2020 - Columbiana, Ohio

I recently acquired a couple of mid-to-late 80s VHS camcorders and decided to shoot some test video in town. This one is the Quasar VM-24 from 1988. I used an old, beat-up tape from back in the day.

If it wasn't for the title, this could easily be mistaken as footage from the 80's to mid-90's.

I would love to see some footage of Columbiana cemetery at dusk. It’s a beautiful piece of land with soooo much history.

I ordered a Quasar VA230 S-VHS camcorder from 1988 on Tuesday, but I haven't found a video on it, and it was listed as new, plus it's the lowest-priced (professional) S-VHS camcorder I could get my hands on. I guess I'll be the first to make a video about it.
