Host is far Smarter and intellectual than Guest lol. Interest rate alone does not command the Real Estate Market. It's people's earnings which are reduced now due to job loss in the family, that reduce eligibility. So it's still High house prices and low income that is making the market sluggish. Probable chance, price of the house will go down for which end user is waiting for. The investor is out of the market so there is no pressure from the buyer's side. Real Estate Brocker like her always try to pump the market. No more rental market as Immigration is at low it's just immigrants from other Providence would buy for their end use.

Prices will go down another 30-50% as these were propped by fake mortgages, home prices are not aligned to local incomes.

She as a broker is conflicted, not sharing that every month more mortgages are coming up for renewals and majority will come in 2025. Mortgage Payments at renewals are going up by 60-80%, prices will fall.

market is destroyed by bidders and we know who are they and this realtors in radios am530 and redfm like machi market used to come and say chaklo chaklo (😂friends furniture guy and others and many more) still now this realtors are the one screwing market... houses in canada are not worth more than 300kto600k depends on workmanship but my fellow punjabis paying 1.5m and working 7 days a weeek will never understand 😂 those who went to calgary just for a house could have easily afford house in country sides of gta rather moving to alberta only for housing.. just a advice do opposite what realtor says
