Via Ferrata Pinut - Easy and enjoyable adventure

The start of the via ferrata lies high above Flims, in Switzerland, just next to a fascinating rock needle. The route includes a lot of iron staircases and a 20 meters long natural tunnel and takes you along three great rock formations .

Most of it depends on the body composition? Old, fat, much Sofa & TV - long time no sports, stretching or gymnastic may fail, all others just walk and take the steps. On of course it's not recommend for civilists end of january during a blizzard in a moonless night - training some elite soldiers team could be different (very much recommended of course).

Yes, the harness helps against severe injuries, but if you fall 4 meters... I better don't think about it...

@@chewar7537 I don't say that it's senseless to attempt. Just that there's a significant level of danger: A fall could do a lot of damage even with the harness. From the looks of it, it's more dangerous than normal rock climbing, where the belay will likely halt your fall in the air. On this via ferrata, it looks like you could fall onto the iron works.

Good documentation but in my opinion this is not a good Via Ferrata. Too much stairs destroys the beautiful wall. And with only stairs it‘s more a walk than a Farrata. If anyone would like to start with Via Ferratas, there is a huge bunch of small once to start of in different difficulties so a start is always possible but such beautiful walls should not trapped in such a mess of steel 😢

This location looks amazing but I think the climb would be better without the staircases. Having rebar handles in the cliff instead of the staircases would make for a more adventurous climb.

"For inexperienced climbers"... yeah, well, looks very scary. If you have even a little fear of heights, it's not for you. The guy in the video seems to do it like it is a walk in the park, but it ain't. Also, it looks like there are a lot of height meters to conquer, so it also requieres a (very) good physical condition. "Easy and enjoyable": misleading title.

The guy in the video is me. I made the via ferrata several times to place the tripod. I actually enjoy doing this - but yes, it requires some fitness
