What horn do the new trains have? They don't sound like the K5LA horns. why is that?

Its not that, Quiet Zones exist, In Ontario, It spans in the Greater Toronto Area, In Quebec, It spans in the Montreal area, In Florida, It spans from Miami to West Palm Beach and finally Illinois, its in the downtown area of Chicago
