Seriously all of these theories are overthinking dating. I've been with my husband for over 16 years and finally found him after years of dating guys who played games. It's good to have your head on your shoulders when it comes to relationships but you can't play games if you want a relationship to work out.

TBH I feel like if you don't cancel on going out with your friends for a chance to be with a guy who see a future with, then the guy is going to think of you as more of a partier and someone he is less interested in. Also, I think the friendship and relationship you get out of being with a significant other is more important than your friends. Your future is everyday with the guy, the friends will come and go.

Completely butchered every single time, by people that were not my immediate family. So I started only going by my middle name, and no one ever messes that up!

Hey Nick I have a question, I hope you see this (I'm in Australia and can't call into the show for Ask Nick) but at the 1 hour 10ish minute mark you and Tinx are talking about boyfriends and exclusivity, what happens if you have a boyfriend of 3 years, sex life USED TO BE amazing, neither of you are sleeping with anyone else (100% no cheating is happening), but your also not having sex with eachother anymore, its very much a room mate in the same bed situation. He now claims he isn't that sexual anymore, but im a very sexual person, can there be a chance to open up the relationship so im getting what I need sexually from someone else? I've told him I need more affection and attention (both currently are at 0) but he doesn't seem to realize how much he is killing my confidence.

Three years in? Either propose an open relationship because not all your needs are being met, or end it. Don’t waste yrs settling for a partial relationship. This sexual disconnect usually happens many yrs into a marriage. You started this phase even before marriage and having kids. Not great.
