In this video, I'm presenting a delicious autumn recipe for roasted beetroot pasta. Ingredients:
(Makes 2 servings)
- 1 whole garlic bulb
- 1-2 beetroots
- Some olive oil
- Fresh thyme
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 50g pine nuts
- 150-200g pasta
- 50g Pecorino cheese
Follow the preparation instructions in the video.
Roast the beetroots along with the garlic at 200°C for approximately 30-45 minutes until they become tender.
