vibration reduction plate(Enable subtitles)

This special plate is designed to support and stabilise the RH crank shaft which is cantilevered after the bearing and is under load of cams and rotor, causes a moment which gives rotor a wobbling movement, hence forming vibrations on high revs.

You missed a few key parts! First, secure the crankshaft key after removing the magnet. Second, secure the two thin washers used on the timing gears! Third, secure the oil filter rubber washer. Forth, clean and replace the case housing gasket!

This plate really works and reduces vibration to a great extent. Can feel the difference after installing it, engine seems to be more refined and very less vibration in the handle bar too. Overall vibration in the bike has reduced. Just take it to a good RE bikes experienced mechanic and install it.

I placed an order and it came up to rs.3074/-. since I don't own bullet anymore I will keep it handy. Of all the videos which explain do this and do that, this method makes practical sense at least to me in addition use Motul 5100 15w50.

My mechanic did mention something addressing the vibration issue,but it isn't on this line. This seem interesting as there's no major weight added n not sure how this is balancing out the weights. Better logics and specifications will help alot of RE riders

Saranesh K that is impossible. Because a camera can't capture sudden moments (vibrations). I tried once to record vibrations in my swift's driver seat but failed. The vibrations were visible to the naked eye but wasn't visible in the video. Ultrahigh frame rate cameras are required.

Well I attempted to install the Carberry on my Classic 500 and messed up bigtime!! First, I had to remove the foot peg, rear brake pedal and exhaust! After using a gear puller, I removed the magnito (stator?) and failed to secure the small key that keeps it secure on the shaft! It dropped out and fell somewhere! I can't reassemble the engine without it! It's on order from India!! I was told it "takes a while"! I was also told ordering the part would void my warranty; since I opened the engine case. 😥

As far as I'm concerned, i think the only way to reduce vibration is to increase flywheel weight/rebalance. Could someone explain how this modification works?

Sir yesterday i tried with this plate in my bullet500standard uce one...after running some 5to6kms some unusual sound was coming from the engine... immediately went to mechanic and replace it with original plate...now no noise. Dont know whts wrong with this plate. Purchased online from ur site. Very much dissapointed😢

@@arielgb5991 I bought and paid for the plate from carberry but never heard from them, I emailed, tried to phone, wrote on their FB page, the blocked me! even wrote on their engineers FB page. Never had any reply. This was over a period of months I Wrote to Paypal who wrote to carberry. Carberry never replied to Paypal so Paypal refunded me my money!! Thats not the way to impress a potential V twin customer. I dont t6hink that I will ever deal with them again!!!

No Fi issues, works great. Excellent throttle response. Don’t let her run dry without petrol or low petrol often, it’s not good for fuel pump. Just some air hoses gets punctured now and then, still manageable. Not all mechanics service it. Moreover it doesn’t need any servicing or maintenance.
