did you download the 100% complete save game, if not you probably did not get to empire yet or you got all the businesses

Hey could someone help me on Vice City Stories please? When i look at my on screen map you can see only Pay 'n' Spray and Ammunation and Unique Stunt logos, and the Empire Building logos aren't on the map at all, someone tell me how i can resolve this please?
