The thing is, that the Vauxhall Corsa is such a horrible car, both in terms of comfort and handling, that pretty much any mod you make is going to improve it. The ultimate improvement you could make is to feed it into a crusher and use the scrap steel to make cutlery.

IceTeaHate a tuner cares about car performance, they buy turbos, exhaust that actually sounds good and gives HP, their body kits actually give them aero dynamics, they like their car to be aggressive. A ricer is loud, obnoxious, they've got fart cans, their spoilers don't work, their wheels are crooked, they buy their parts off eBay, no performance, just visuals pretty much.
