Not sure if this can be considered a micro habit, but waking up early every morning and doing a short 15-30 minute yoga routine absolutely boosts my feminine energy. My body feels so free and flowy and super flexible. The rigidity disappears after a good yoga stretch, and my posture has improved massively.

Oh my goodness, saying no (nicely and politely) has been life-changing! It's even relieving to the people around me, because I'm finally telling them the truth.
@ElizaFabricius7 ай бұрын
Yes, yes, yes! I find that saying a calm, "No, thank you," is pleasantly received by the person being rejected as opposed to when I used to scowl and grimace with an "ugh, no!" People don't get defensive when you reject them politely. I think they are just normally surprised. The key is also to say it confidently. A calm, cool, confident "no" is better than a flighty, hesitant one.

1. I "get to" 2. Read romance novels P.s. I don't agree with this point cause it can evoke hyper sexuakity! I heard them Harlequinn books ate horrible! 3. Dancing 4. Create with hands 5. Posture 6. Smiling 7. Allow kindness, accept it 8. One moment of joy 9. Slow down 10. Talking nice to self 11. Jazz scapes & candles 12. Say no 13. Flower arranging

the trick with romance novels is to find ones that match YOUR personal romantic and sexual preferences. The ones that are terrible tend to be very male centred and depict women very flatly and almost sheeplike.

I also struggle a bit with romance novels. I often find the women depicted as overly innocent and 'perfect'/childlike/damsel in distress, or overly sexual/'Mary Sue'/written more for men. There are probably good ones out there, but they are a bit hard to find around here.
@mandril4510 ай бұрын
This is a personal preference, but I've realized that romance stories categorized as Literary fiction rather than Romance have a better plot and more developed characters.

these days i've been dancing a lot more, by myself or even at work just doing a silly little bop and you made me realize that it has opened up my energy with people, and people enjoy being in my presence when i'm giving off that open, fun energy. i used to avoid dancing like the plague and i'm realizing now that it came from a place of deep insecurity & old friends have genuinely told me that at first they were SCARED to approach me back when i was in that low place. this energy of acceptance and joy and love makes me overwhelmed with the desire to just sing and dance and when i express myself that way especially around my man, he tells me how lovely i am and it makes him feel good too. lol went off a little but the point about dancing is so relevant to me right now and i really appreciate that you mentioned it!

I want to say posture is generally just fantastic for your health!! I have a weak lower back and am specifically weaker on the whole left side of my body. I already look out eith how i sit for my back. Recently, I really hurt my hip/leg and was told its most like due to my posture habits that over time irritated the joints and muscles. Sitting with one leg over the other, leaning on one leg and sleeping with one leg pulled up high etc. I've been trying really hard to watch my posture for both my back, my neck (i tend to do the "turtle neck" thing) and my hips and legs, and have honestly had way less problems and sensitivities!

I have a desire to embrace and embody my femininity more, but my nervous system has a hard time stepping into that. Because it’s really important to me to be taken seriously whenever I step into a room, I want people to look at me as a person who is powerful and competent and capable. However, there is not a whole lot of talk in the culture about what feminine power and influence looks like outside of just how our beauty can seduce people into giving us what we want. But that is a very different thing from people accommodating you because they actually respect you and trust your ability to be competent in certain situations. I don’t want people to look at me with a mindset of “oh what a beautiful woman and oh that’s so cute she thinks she knows stuff. That’s adorable.” 😂 So anyway I said all of that to ask, could you make a video on specific examples of what feminine power and influence looks like? And examples of gaining respect from people using your femininity? Or if you already have one could you give me the title of it so I can find it myself?
