thanks for sharing this video sis. I'm 32 and One thing I learnt in life is that no matter how little, no matter the age it's never too late to get started and having the mindset that every day of your life you're evolving. Life becomes unpleasurable when you add too much pressure. I started my path to reinventing myself a year ago, I’m now living healthier, confident, stronger, making 6 figures, having leisure to enjoy family &friends. I feel happier and living my life for myself . This is to encourage someone “you can start anytime to have a reset it’s worth it! I’m striving to continue growing cus it’s a journey 💗

It amazes me how women misjudge themselves and don't see themselves as the beautiful creatures they are. I am seeing this channel for the first time and I was shocked to hear that you could ever see yourself as not being beautiful. I am a straight hetero woman but when I first clicked on this I thought " wow what a beautiful lady, big beautiful eyes, lips, dark hair, well spoken, intelligent, and obviously living in a nice place. That's what i saw in the first few seconds. But it seems there are so many women that are blinded by their unique exquisitness. It is unbelievable how hard women are on themselves.

After our mindsets changed, my man and I suddenly upgraded from a mobile home (with his mom living down the street and electrical issues), to a luxury apartment with a mountain view and all the amenities. The mindset shift changed our tolerance level for bs and now we are enjoying our lives more, along with independence. 🎉 There was an adjustment period having to deal with the move, but after we got our new routines together, it’s been peaceful and refreshing. We’re getting $18k from selling the mobile home next week so that’ll help us feel even more secure. Mindset is a big deal.

All new behaviors are awkward but now I feel spoiled w the life I'm building and learning to harness my feminine energy and it is a beautiful thing but the intake and routine are key !

For a period of time not only did I dress masculine, but I started acting and talking super boyish and even dating girls at one point because I was so traumatized. You're so spot on with our outside reflecting our inside
@hhaannnnaahh22210 ай бұрын
this resonates a bit. i started dressing a bit less feminine after taking a month off of socials and opening my mind up to how much we as women seek validation from men all. the. time. it's been a process of deciphering what is for me and what is for men and letting the pendulum swing back to a more level place. i'm taking another month off for january to reset my mind again and reconnect with my values etc. i do love being feminine, it's just a matter of being clear on intentions etc.

Thank you for your content. I don´t align with 100% of it, but I do think very similarly about the steps and importance of self improvement, and when I talk about it people say I´m too structured and obsessive, and I feel boring by sharing my experience since I have a similar background that I´ve been leaving behind for some time now. You are so clear and unapologetic, I find validation and feel less alone. It´s ok to self improve and the right people will be happy for you and not make you feel shitty about it because they aren´t capable of making the effort.

I'm a professional astrologer/psychic & tarot reader & your videos kept popping up in my feed so I clicked. And I'm glad I did. Thank you for creating a space for other women who want to make something of ourselves & seek our purpose here.💞 Mindsets have the biggest impact on us & I honestly didn't understand the concept of self-worth until I started doing my work professionally. As women we just have so much to give & we deserve to live as abundantly as we can. I'm proud of you for mentioning cutting off all old friends, I did the same. Society frowns upon it so loudly because they inherently think of women as servants. I felt awful for the longest time for finally putting myself first whilst business was suddenly oddly booming & I was making all these new connections... That's when I realised how much they were holding me back whilst I was always uplifting everyone. Our mindsets & environments can either build or destroy which is exactly why we need to choose wisely. The best investment we'll ever make is investing in ourselves first & foremost.

Hmm, I used to be very much into consulting psychics years ago. Later, I got saved and repented, and at one point I learned that psychics (the real deal ones, that is) get their supernatural information from a familiar spirit (which is a demon). Yikes.

Vickita, when you talked about your health and your condition, it was like looking into the mirror. I am currently out of work and in so much pain that I am almost bedridden. I know exactly what it feels like to be unable to stand up and clean my room because this is my current reality. And no, I am not dependent on social media 😊 because I watch educational videos on YT, and I am not active elsewhere. I agree with you. If I had a business, that would be another story to be active on social media. That is necessary.

I had to cut off almost all my friends because they were not just toxic, but highly narcissistic(covert ones). They did not say it out loud, but I could feel it deep down till my tissues that they did not want me to be happy, successful and thriving. They were a bunch of jealous, insecure people who delighted in pulling others down. Some of them were 100% takers who leeched off my good energy and left me feeling like shit every damn time I spoke to them. I'm so glad they're gone. The problem with such folks is that they don't let go of you easily- they know if they lose you, they'll have no sounding board for all the negativity they carry within themselves and then they'll have to deal with inner demons on their own(which they cannot). Now I need to cut off my toxic parents. Again, not going to be an easy one but they need to go. The reason I attracted toxic friends into my life was because I had not just one but two highly toxic parents. It sucks that here in India, parents are put on a pedestal and worshipped like they can never do anything wrong! Nobody wants to see the elephant in the room. Great content, Vickita! You're wise, intelligent and gorgeous! I hope you manifest everything good that you dream of :) Best wishes!

PS: I love that you mentioned "worry time"- so helpful: I used to do what I would call Meditation in motion where I'd walk on the treadmill first thing in the am (bilateral stimulation) and notice what thoughts came through--often negative self talk/ worry thoughts-- then actively notice them and shift them into neutral or positive ones. Now I dont have access to that so I wake up and do automatic writing or worry dump journaling and then end with at least 3 specific things I'm grateful for= so helpful to just release and shift.

This was surprisingly helpful, thank you. Glad I clicked on this video even though I've heard it all before, you explained things in a straight forward and enlightening way. Loved the emphasis on spirituality, that is my priority in life. Feminine energy... "I used to dress very masculine because I didn't like attention from men" same girl, same. Living in a Canadian city where most women dress masculine, I stood out way too much when I wore dresses and heels, so it was just easier to dress like everyone else unless I was going out for a special occasion, but slowly that "basic look" became my wardrobe and I got used to being comfortable. Yesterday I dressed in a cute but cozy feminine weekend look, did my makeup, wore pink lipstick and went out... Wow, I was magnetic. Not only people were nicer to me, but I also won $20 from a lottery ticket, walked into a wine tasting at a store and enjoyed some expensive wine for free, received a gift card from a beauty store. It was just incredible how being in a relaxed, receptive feminine energy truly made me a magnet for positive experiences. Not sleeping on this power anymore! 💗

Do you believe that ppl who party frequently in high school and college are happier? I know I shouldn’t generalize. I was a bit of a loner in high school. I still have this mentality that the people who were popular and partying are better or happier than me That they are “cooler” and socializing comes easy for them and people like to be around them. I have a lot of social anxiety and I have depression as well I don’t know why I have this mentality. I guess I put popular kids on some kind of pedestal and think they are better than me Thank you for reading this

Every time worry or anxiety rises, it’s an opportunity to truly experience a time of release. How? Cast your cares upon Him for He cares for you! It’s also good that you have “Faith Time” built into your routine for scheduled prayer time and reading the Bible and worshiping the Lord, etc. All impt and sooooo beneficial. Many blessings! ✨

The yin yang symbol is a perfect example of the masculine having a dash of feminine energy and the feminine having a dash of masculine energy. The feminine is represented as the dark part of the symbol. The masculine is represented as the light part of the symbol. I’m no expert, so if someone has more details, please share. Psychoanalyst Carl Yung called the unconscious masculine factor in women the animus. The unconscious feminine factor in men is called the anima. Once again, I’m no expert. If you have more information, please share. I’ve worked on my internal self for years. I’m working on my environment. It’s going slowly, but it’s going.😆 Sometimes the people who are toxic to us are our family members. We may need to cut them out or decrease the amount of time we spend with them. If we don’t feel comfortable doing this, we can continue our journey, but we don’t have to share our stories with them. Sad, but true.
