If you invested just 3k more to throw in a 5.7 this would be the ultimate combo of the poor man’s demon/wide body srt. As soon as you turn it on, the illusion is ruined with the sound of a v6. I’m not shitting on the v6, just saying you could keep the look, sound, and a 1/3 of the power with a 5.7. Or if you’re lucky you could even find a cheap 6.1.

Looks nice but... If you have the money to put all this into a sxt you could have just bought a REALLY nice RT or a nice srt. I imagine this "kit" (without looking because I don't want it) would cost 6k+. Then you have to pay 2-3k for wheels and tires. So, if you do it yourself you're at $8-10k without any labor if you can't do everything yourself. Now you're pushing 40k for a nice looking sxt. Which is cool I guess if you like gas mileage. They are still fast cars too but that's a lot of work for all this really.

If you didn’t know according to mopar history they created so many versions of v6s because there was a time that they couldn’t sell the v8s because of how pricey it was to have one or how much gas is. They had so many v8s sitting at the lots not just Mopar but other companies too therefore they created something that can get people the look at a affordable price. Even Dodge has now made the SXT look like a SRT creates a point you can have the look and dont have to spend a fortune on financing the car.
