As a child, this dude was my inspiration. To see him let go by my home team, the team ive supported ever since I began to watch football is very heartbreaking. We watched his ups and downs since he has come to the league. I remember he came to my middle school as a visitor to talk about the importance of school and how his childhood was. +Ahmad Saleh Definitely would've drafted Odell. He was supposed to be a Nicks replacement on the outside. Shepard was the slot receiver drafted as Cruz insurance. So most likely Shep would not be on this team. But a Cruz-Odell duo would still be alive.

Tbh Victor Cruz had got more love than Odell since everyone is hopping on him over his catch. Then people says Odell is a baby and overrated (I'm not saying he's overrated but haters thinks he is). And before Odell there was Cruz. Cruz is an absolute beast before his injury. Cruz didn't get much hate or people calling him overrated before but Odell does. yeah, cruz is better pre injury, but you can't go back and remove the injury from history, this was the right move. you can't judge a player based on how he played in 2013 when its 2017. the patriots do this all of the time
