Is it healthy to get woodies every morning in your late 30s
@SkyhouseMike6 ай бұрын
Love these sit downs, I'm from Stamford CT originally it really takes me back to hear Guido's sit around talking steriod's, lifting, and about each others Nuts, lol (you said talk some shit). Victor was always one my favorite BB personalities, and I always thought he had the best arms in the 2000's. QUESTION: Does Victor train tri's and Bi's together? Best rep range for growth, I get the best pump with high reps overall, but triceps seem fuller with low reps heavy weight. Appreciate it, enjoy the show, all the Generation Iron movies, and Jerry Brainum segments were great!

@@GenerationIron my question to Victor is: Can you take a break from TRT for one or 2 months in a year & will it have an effect on your testosterone & on sexual desire as well & will it even have an affect when you train in Gym, so basically you are on TRT for 10 months and taking a break for 2 months what's your advice please , lastly does TRT keep you in shape when you are training in Gym throughout the year, and in your opnion can anyone use TRT with HGH low dose

Cholesterol is needed to create testosterone. But if you are not producing testosterone naturally, the added cholesterol might be detrimental.
@logangodofcandy6 ай бұрын
All of your hormones are made from cholesterol. There is no such thing as eating too much cholesterol. Your body makes almost all of your cholesterol from the saturated fat you eat. Thus, eating a dozen eggs doesn't actually make much of a difference. It's just an easier way to get cholesterol than eating ever larger amounts of saturated fat, which would be ass loads of calories. Also, high cholesterol isn't bad. Having high LDL, but low HDL is bad, which also means you don't have high total cholesterol, but that you have low cholesterol for your bodily needs. chemically damaged (oxidized) LDL causes plaque. HDL (the more the better) actually cycles LDL out of your blood, which removes the damaged LDL and prevents plaque build up from it. LDL only oxidizes so fast, so the more LDL you have, the less as a total percentage will be oxidized, and the high HDL will recycle the oxidized LDL faster. Cholesterol is objectively good. Saturated fat is objectively good.

How can it be inappropriate to ask u to tell the truth. A lot of the problem in the fitness space is the lies amd hiding. If your progress is due to juice, say that it's juice rather than lying and saying diet and supplements only. All you're asked to do is keep it real.

True, depression has always been notorious with excessive steroid use. Larry's is doing big things don't be too easy on him though, I don't believe he ever stopped, he may have decreased his Tren usage, he calls TRT stopping steroids. This new need to be truthful about steroid use started by Rich Piana is dumb shit anyway, it's obvious who's using and bodybuilding would be shit without it, you can't expect guys to compromise their endorsements and livelihood just to please you with an answer you already know.

Larry is most likely having a bit of an identity crisis. He's been known for SO LONG as the "big strong guy" that he can't imagine being anything else. It all goes back to being addicted to views, fame, and attention...not the drugs. He needs to find a way to not give a fuck what others think. It depends if you are using a metabolic system using fat for energy. If you are a fat burner using ketones and fat for energy or zero carb carnivore diet, you need yolks more than whites. The whole cholesterol demonization regarding eggs has been disproven with recent research. Many of past studies have been done using epidemiology. Totally BS as they are questionnaires. I do a zero carb carnivore diet using ketogenic macros (77% of calories are fat). I am 62 years old, no trt and lift regularly. I healed 40 years of daily migraines and 8 years of massive high BP that came on after multiple surgeries. I should be dead but by the grace of God changed from high carb, broccoli, rice, chicken, fruit bodybuilder diet to my current diet. Not looking back.
