I follow a lot of the body builders, what Victor went through with his knee injury is very impressive. I broke my knee cap and it is a very bad injury. I have a screw and wire holding my knee back together. For Victor to even compete again is great. Trust me when I say it is not easy. Good luck in the future.

I can say for certain, that Joe McNeal is one hell of a trainer. My husband used to train with him years ago, and he won every contest that Joe trained him for. Joe used to say to my husband, "you know why you are doing to win? Because you do EXACTLY what I tell you to do". Most bodybuilders are stubborn and think they know it all, but a good trainer can get you where you want to be, if you listen to them.

@TrueShall leg press is a compound exercise that involves all the leg muscles, so using as much weight as possible is effective at promoting gains in muscle size overall, especially the quads(depending on where you place your feet). leg extensions on the other hand is a isolation exercise, you want to stress the isolated muscle as much as possible which means only a drop set can ensure the muscles get the maximum pump and stress. you also extend the time under tension which causes an overload.

Vic looks as though he trains just as hard as any other pro. And I think that is the lowest thing that you can say to a pro. Bashing a pro's training is like telling a religious person that they aren't observant enough. I think Vic just went into a tough Olympia this year bottom line. Top 10 at an Olympia like this is an accomplishment.

yeah and tbh training doesn't mean shit compared to diet and what sort of drugs guys are taking. Nobody would say that Cutler trains that hard (compared to guys like Ronnie or Branch I mean) yet he's bigger than Branch and obviously has had massive success. I'd say what makes the biggest difference is just genetics, drugs, and their last week or two of preparation for the contest that separates the best from the rest. Because they all eat and train pretty much the same.

Give up the Hack-Squats and the lunges both are really bad for knees the knees.

obviously i can. but it wont mean anything if you dont go out and research for yourself. its not all about training. vic is obviously preparing for a contest and needs to get rid of fat and maintain his muscle. circuit style training is great for keeping mass and burning fat fast since your heart rate is always high. vic is already massive so his goal isnt to build more muscle its to keep it and get lean. but if you knew anything you would know that bodybuilding is mostly diet. :)

all i want to know is type of steroids he is taking and i can figure the rest out of my own. Working hard yes yes i know there's nothing magical about drugs but the motherfuckers certainly do help diet yes i know ultra strict diet comes into a seriously play in fact i absolutely hate the dieting down horrible feeling plus minimize your carbs intake FUCK i hate that even more. Getting off point i just need to know what types of steroids and dosages and stacks they use also for post cycle?

Just as one's thoughts are not the gauge by which they are judged, but rather their actions, so too is one's religion not the judge of their ability to observe.
