This is a very nice video, also I'm not sure for vanilla. But literacy in HPM, makes your farmers become craftments or capitalists, for HPM specifically, You can't get a capitalist unless you get a certain literacy rate. Also for the militancy, as again I don't play vanilla that much, but in HPM. Militancy is increased all the time if they are a minority culture, sometimes they get increased because of reform desire and nationalism. I have seen if your population is conservative, they are less likely to revolt, and if you are conservative. They would agree with the ruling party meaning they are less likely to revolt, this means you need a good election reform to see how your people is like, you can "force" your population into supporting a different ideology in the national focus

Idea for a hoi4 dlc. Italy focus with naval invasions. For naval invasions make them stronger but if it fails the division completely dies. High risk high reward. Another idea would be a softlock on division amount bu looking at civs and having civs produce” in the background/ automatically that can be stored up but also just limits division amounts as it takes those rations to feed each person in the army. Lowers division which could speed up game and make late game playable especially considering the ais focus on mils

Considering we don't even have a release date yet for Vic3 than sure give it a go, Victoria 2 is a great game and any Paradox player should try it.
