Hey Gus! how you doing buddy? You really can’t go wrong with a Vic…. So many options and fantastic quality! Carried a Huntsman for many years…. Bought my first one in the late 80’s and it went pretty much everywhere with me….. that or a Recruit that I got around the same time. Have since expanded my collection and continue to do so. Hey Tony 💪 Funny enough, I'm reviewing the Explorer very soon. It's another great option, and the in-line screwdriver 🪛 is awesome 👌 The Vic pliers are good. However, I often use Knipex XS pliers with the Super T, as I find they can tackle more tasks and so are more effective 🔩 I'm also reviewing these soon 😉 Saying that, if you, like me, work with wood 🪵 a lot, I find Vic pliers particularly useful for removing splinters, as their standard scale ones are often not strong enough for my purposes. Hey Mike 👊 I may have mentioned the Super T in my last comment to you regarding the Compact, as I believe it's on 'Special' due to excess stock, which often is a prelude to a clearance sale... Unfortunately, Phillips screws are used predominantly in the States 🇺🇲 However, in Europe, we mostly use Pozi or Supadrive No.2's, which may be one reason, perhaps they are upgrading it or bringing out the new Companion in standard scales in 2024, so may cut back on other lines, to help optimise production 🤔 We shall see... Hey man, can you give me a few examples for the uses of the bacside philips? I've been finding the in-line philips more useful because it's a bit smaller.
