At this point I think Ryan keeps some of them around for content purposes, much like the equipment failures on the gold shows on Discovery Channel. No drama = no views. Ryan is absolutely one of the business owners/boss I’ve seen. So as a worker I’d would think some of the employees wouldn’t take advantage of him like they do. Like you said it’s not the corporate world but it’s Ryan’s business and livelihood. Ryan has a wonderful family and needs to continue to provide for them as he always has.

Schmitz runs a LOT of concrete for Stark, who mostly pours roads and industrial pours. Maybe that load with large aggregate was stone leftover from one of those pours that they were trying to run through.
