Enough is enough there’s plenty of people out there willing to work no call no show is unforgivable how hard is it to pick up the phone especially now a days you don’t even have to talk to anyone u can just send a text IMO both are good people but horrible employees Darrel needs no explanation and JR needs to know it’s not ok to just stand there and watch everyone else work there’s always something that can be done and falling asleep at work never but that’s just my 2 cents itnn be obviously don’t mean anything it’s your business and your money..!

My county here in Ohio uses beet juice for an additive in their salt and it actually does work pretty decent. I would imagine since it's plant derived, it's probably environmentally friendly. I have seen a few people bashing both Darryl's and I personally think it's very disrespectful. I can't stand people that act like they are perfect and have never made a mistake in life. Nobody is perfect including me, I'm far from it. All I can do is try to be a better person each day and learn to forgive people when they fall short. Thanks for bringing us along with you guys and blessings.

My father and I plow with a 2001 2 door wrangler, with a full size 6 ft plow. People mock it, but it gives you the maneuverability that a truck won't. I can only imagine how much easier a skid loader is in tight spaces.

as someone who works for a landscaping company in the winter and mainly does sidewalk crew. when I see a plowed parking lot i try my best to keep my snow off of it unless there is no other place to put the snow from where the side walk is either its right next to the building or is like a peninsula type walk way that juts out a long ways

From what I understand about the treated salt is that it works at a lower temp than regular salt. My dad works for MN/DOT and does freeway plowing in the winter. They use the treated salt when the temps are below 6 degrees. It's super pricy but normal salt won't work if it's too cold.

Salt/sand mix is good for parking lots as the sand will help hold the salt in the lot instead of the water washing it all into the sewer

Treated salt is worth the extra money especially when it gets really cold. I find it doesn't freeze up in piles as bad as regular salt. I have had salt piles that almost get too hard get into piles because of frozen chunks. Just my opinion love the videos.

@@VictoryOutdoorServices All salt freezes when it gets moisture in it. The green salt will last to lower temps and it will work better in lower temps. It also doesn't need as much down as regular salt does.

I think you should put a ton of markers out for Darrell the beginning of the season and then give him one of those poly edges for the plow he’s doing an excellent job if you actually did it yourself you would crash 10 times as much take five times as long the guy is a professional

Look at the wiring harness in the cab, rubs through then starts a fire total repair 15k less labour, 2014 s650 total melt down including rebuilding computer wiring plugs.

Wow, yeah I took it in and it was a rubbed through wire under the cab. Luckily it wasn't bad, the fixed it and put a guard on it so it wouldn't happen again. It is surprising to me how many burned out skid loaders you see though.

Is your bobcat bucket operared with foot pedals or your right hand? We just got a brand new one with tracks that hand operated, also at my work we dont put plows on our bobcats, we just plow with the bucket so we can pick piles up to if needed I just learned how to operate one to before the winter pretty easy

Ours are hand/foot. I always use a plow attachment but keep a bucket on site for stacking. Plows are much more efficient for just pushing.

I'm in erie pa one of the snowest city's number 7 for 2022 do they hold parking lots hostage with snow in Wisconsin so you have to bring in loaders and load it out at 400 a hour

Not really. We finished with plenty of time to spare that night and I took the broken machine in and they fixed it just 2 days later. It ended up being a bare wire under the cab thankfully and that was it.

The smaller bobcat can't handle the 12' blade and its only made for a bobcat so you can't put it on a truck. Yeah I really cannot believe the lack of snow we had this winter. This is the lightest winter I ever remember.
