Where in the Bible does it say everything has to be in the Bible. Also, you might want to ask Jesus since he quoted from the Septuagint rather than the Masoretic text which was used for the OT in the KJV.

I have spent near countless hours studying the translation issue, and I know with absolute certainty that the king James bible is the only true translation of the bible in our current form of the English language. Infact I would go so far as to say these others translations (excluding those in middle and old English that came before the kjv) are perversions of the word of God. I'll give an example of what I mean. The manuscripts that are used for these translations that are in use today are usually from one or several demonic manuscripts such as the vaticanus (catholic), the sinaiticus ( literally a fraud discovered in a trash can), the wescott and hort (these men were occultists and wizards) or the Alexandrian texts ( self explanatory in its disqualification), while nearly all others are called majority texts because there are thousands of them which all agree which in conjuction with the textus receptus was used to translate the kjv. Another example of how we can know is by looking at the publisher, for example the niv is published by the same company that publishes the satanic bible and is missing over 60,000 words. I HIGHLY recommend going to the kjv research council youtube channel because they have dozens of scholars doing tremendous work not only to prove the perfection of the kjv but to disqualify the authenticity of all other translations. Ello... I know this video is 5 yrs old... but I still hope I would get an answer... I'm currently 17 yrs old and trying to learn greek so that I can read the greek new testament closest to the original scriptures so that I can understand the bible more without being hindered by mistranslations and untranslatable words such as the famous Λόγος in John 1:1 which in my opinion looses it's meaning when translated to English... unfortunately I'm not old enough to buy stuff online so I decided on using the bible app called you version and I was wondering if the greek version there called BYZ04 by the hellenic bible society is as good as the textus receptus of trinitarian bible society

YouVersion Bible app has Scrivener's Textus Receptus 1894. This is the same as the Textus Receptus published by the Trinitarian Bible Society.

Steven Anderson has an entire series on learning biblical Greek. Pick up an anki deck for some vocab and watch his videos and you'll be fine. Also the more modern Greek you already know, the better.

The ups and downs of learning are an integral part of our lives. Motivation from success and depression from failure will always be your study companions. However, every student has problems in his or her studies that he or she lacks the knowledge to solve. It can be: poor memorization of words; no progress in language learning; the student can speak, but does not understand speech by ear; misunderstanding of grammar; incorrect pronunciation, etc. Agree that a problem you don't know how to solve is very demotivating. Lol I’m not Christian, not even culturally since I’m from a country where the majority is Buddhist. I’m just here to learn some greek. But this making me awfully interested in what this pastor thinks is ‘corrupt’ and altered and the perceived agenda behind the changes. I know next to nothing about the things in the bible.
