Yes, you are right. There are different approaches to losing weight. Normally 2 litres of water per day is essential for every one. If a person is trying to lose weight, 4 litres of water consumption is recommended. Intermittent fasting is a very effective method of losing weight. In this particular video, I am trying to tell people that it is not absolutely necessary to do fasting to lose weight. There are other methods too. Thank you for the keen observation. I am happy that you have seen the videos in detail.
