Then again this whole system we have is NOT fair at all. WHY TF Should a JUDGE Decide what should happen with a human life. Every judge has different biases, different ideas, different opinions. Why should they be the finale deciding factor for how long a human life should stay a slave in prison. (Why do they or ANYONE get to decide who dies with the death penalty).
