It's kinda neat how this is more inspired by the Pretender shell, but with the inner robot's colours. I'd love to see a Banzaitron in this samurai aesthetic.

His tank mode looks almost exactly like the Yugioh card "Oni Tank T-34" and his robot mode looks a lot like the Steel Ronin unit from Red Alert, both are big plusses in my book. Looking forward to getting mine in February, gotta strategically combine my orders for the reduced shipping cost. Also, I'd consider moving the mic some because it sounded like you were breathing down it which kinda ruins the audio quality at times.

Iron factory has a thing were they more often then not have the hands visible on the alt mode and I don't like that. In this particular bot it doesn't bother me that much but normally it does. The thing is I can't see a reason, that isn't related to part count and money, for them not to better hide the hands in alt mode. Thanks for the review peaugh, it's a nice transforming action figure.

If you want to fix the stress mark, I recommend dipping the stressed part in boiling water. It doesn't always work, but I've had it work on several figures and models to get rid of very blatant stress marks.

I'm pretty sure the open "mouth" on the headsculpt is actually in reference to actual face covering in samurai armor, they naturally have a open mouth to allow for the person wearing to breath and speak

I like how he ticks all the Bludgeon boxes (tank, skeleton, samurai, green) but is very much his own design. Treat him as a totally seperate character if you want.

I dig IF’s Lio Convoy, but I’ve been kinda on the fence about Bludgeon. Still, I’m probably gunna get him so they can square off with each other. And, judging by his skinny thighs and upper arms, you could say Bludgeon already has Pretender armor. Also, I really hope this line continues with Star Saber and Deathsaurus. ✨ 🙏 🐉

Peaugh good review once again. But man...It looks like both modes are compromising for the other and nether look good. I kept think they didn't transform the legs till i looked at some pictures. Why is it so hard for bludgeon to get a good figure?

The sound on this video really isn't great. There's a constant pop and and then your levels are all over the place. The mic also constantly picks up your breathing.
