Image sequence is not a "video". Video is video. Image is image. "video image" is just stupid.

I think the RS Ray Switch is unnecessary. You can plug the RS Material directly to the RS Sprite node :)

this is image sequences texture not video texture😁 so can Redshift use video as texture?

Import the video in to AE and export it as PNG sequence
