This sounds like Ken Nordine on the narration. What a classic voice!

Just incredible to look back and realise what the people in the 90's considered to be the most important features in a video editing software package. These days, everything is far more subtle, yet technically complex, such as motion tracking and video stabilization.

I saw a clip from Babylon 5 in this video at 5 min 45 sec and I am wondering if the video came before the show and if they had 24 toasters in their 24 amiga 2000 computers.

Too bad Commodore didn’t push the video editing capabilities of the Amigas more and didn’t cancel a lot of the Amiga hardware updates the engineers were working on.

Real-time snow effect turning into white lines in the right margin.. I always look at oddities like this and try to figure out 'why' this would happen. All i can think of is that the framebuffer for these effects was smaller than the video one, and somehow when compositing together, the pixel at the far-right column got stretched to fill-in the other columns?
