You know that extremely disturbing Durge ending where he can piss himself and then kills all of the camp ? Yeah he gets fukin obliterated there. There is a dark justiciar, a Drow Paladin , a bloody vampire ascendant and JERGAL HIMSELF. There is no way daddy Bhall’s goodest boy even gets to Scratch.

I hated Wyll so much after i dedicated a whole romance playthrough to him finding out he's a flop i sold him to mizora, on top of that only letting him live so that he coule karlachs lapdog in hell, imagine the look on my face finding out he doesnt go with her if he's still in service to mizora, so karlach died that playthrough 😭

The fact Lae'zel is down to clown is both heartwarming and, perhaps slightly expected. Granted, sounds like a strange intuition to have, but consider the life cycle of a gith. Gith DO NOT, reproduce by sexual intercourse. Lae'zel could be so stuffed with.... *coughs* but will never become pregnant. Gith have entered a lifestyle where sex is solely for pleasure, unlike other races who do so for both pleasure, reproduction, and even love, and the expectation of any off-spring brings a certain level of want for physical pleasantries. Lae'zel, HA, she wants nothing to do with children. She's attracted to powerful allies, and 100% is a kinky woman who will take advantage of your.... gifts. Seriously, she's coded to have the highest "Attraction" to Dragonborns, especially those of the Red variety.

Not sure if being a red dragonborn changes things. You only need to be a dragonborn. It was especially hillarious for me because earlier she insulted my characters scales just to go all hot and bothered at night and talk about how nicely he smells and all that. Crazy woman. I love that frog.

@@chillax319 Red Dragonborns don't get any unique dialogue when compared to other Dragonborn backgrounds. What I mean is that there is a hidden modifier where dragonborns gain increased trust from Lae'zel. Reds simply have the largest modifier

I'm not sure about the no children thing. As soon as we got the egg she was full mama bear mode and ultimately held onto it, hatched it and give him a name on my second play through. I do wish I had gotten to see it hatch since she was my love interest but I did spoil what would happen if I gave the egg up for myself so overall prefer that ending

@@King.-Arthur Fair. Although that could potentially be accounted for in one of two ways. One, you're still a mind flayer but have learned how to appear as your former self (kinda like the Emperor appearing as the Guardian), but doing so limits your ability to use mind flayer powers so as to not break your cover. Or two, the game accounts for there being a mind flayer in the party and as a result there are stronger enemies to face. Because if whoever we fight knows that a mind flayer is involved, they'd want to make sure they send enough people to kill them. I dunno, maybe I'm rambling a bit.

actually this can also happen when you pick the Emperor over Orpheus, slightly different dialogue, it's Voss who trains her instead, personally I think it's an even better ending with Orpheus dead, both Voss and Lae'zel seem to evolve as characters and learn to just stand for a cause themselves rather than follow a leader, was never a fan of how Lae'zel goes from licking Vlaakith's ass to licking Orpheus ass, I mean, I totally do get why that happened, and it's an effect that many people would have irl, but wanted her to become something better@@VoiceintheRadio

15:10 so this isnt quite how astral projecting works. Her astral form would create a new body to inhabit whenever it entered a plane. This body would be formed of the materials of the plane, and what this means for the material plane isnt quite clear but most likely she would have an exact copy of her normal body due to being from it originally. Worst case scenerio, she would be made of dirt and twigs and various elements, but she would be physically there inhabiting a body as natural as any other. It *IS* a 9th level spell at all, she wasnt lying when she said it would take all of Orpheus might to get her there. And if you think it might be some other, lesser spell putting her there explaining this, check at 13:49 to see that she is, in fact, Astrally Projected. Edit: in 5e its even more explicit and more real. In 5e rather than creating a new body, your astral form pulls your body and gear along your silver cord to your new location when you arrive on another plane. She would be there in her actual physical body.

I had my character minecraft himself in the ending, because I loathe mindflayers and had zero interest in being one, but also couldn't bring myself to condemn anyone else to that fate either. I haven't actually bothered playing the epilogue yet.... but my understanding is that you just get brought back, still a mindflayer, and told you're not done yet. Not really interested in that... if I can't have my old body back, the least they could do is let me rest in peace.

You arent brought back as in revived, but still alive in the death realm or someplace like that, and even withers is alive. The "not done yet" is cuz normally you should have no soul to keep existing but you being alive shows you can still do stuff.

You will get a party at the end as an origin character. While I haven't done Shart's origin yet, I have an Astarion and a Gale origin and they both got lovely parties in the end, with a fair amount of dialogue specific to their origin. (Well unless you let Gale explode of course ...)

I don't think you get an epilogue scene, I reloaded a save and went with Karlach to Avernus and the game just ended as it did before the update. I imagine it would be the same if you commit suicide.

And if you did finish the game before the update and you reloaded at the docks cinematic scene, it wouldn't work. From what I've read and heard, you need to restart your save just before fighting the Elder Brain.

Finished a evil durge run where I turned into a mindflayer couple days ago and I offed myself at the end. You get a cutscene of Withers founding you on what I believe to be some sort of limbo between death and life? Or simply death realm, I dunno. He talks about finding you and that you might still have some purpose or something like that.

Considering how most of your romantic companions react to you after your sacrifice I wish thhere was an option to not show up to the party or not be as cordial. too limiting.
