It all makes sense. The world serpent was created by Atreus. He grew massively, fought in Ragnarok, and got hit with Thor’s hammer and sent back in time. Mimir told this story in the 2018 version, then it happened in the god of war Ragnarok.

I recently replayed god of war and ragnarok and I feel the main themes I see is, in the first one accepting your past and all the mistakes you made and trying to be better, and in ragnarock is after being better, fixing the problems you caused, and while nothing will ever go back to the way it was, you can make things better, no matter how small the change. I really noticed this when you do mimir's favours in svaftalfheim

19:14 Just for context. Dwarves' last names are based on what they are good at doing. Since all dwarves are excellent smithies, "Smith" "Blacksmith" and "Goldsmith" would be redundant last names. Given that background, "Huldra/Hulder" would make more sense if the brothers excelled at fucking forest nymphs... would explain Sindri's hypochondria and aversion to infectious diseases.

@@TifffanyTaylor It wasn't shown in this video, but there's a bit of dialogue when you change Vanaheim to day and night twice back-to-back by summoning the wolves of the sun and moon. Freya asks "what are you doing," and Kratos answers "I... wanted to see the wolves again." 😅

Also, I edit for another channel. Would you like me to make shorts for some of those highlights you've posted? They're pretty dope, to be honest. 😅

favourites tales: the tale of Bergelmir, Atreus telling Mimir how he "killed" Garm and "revived" Fenrir, and the Riddle of the Three Doors (a spike pit, a dragon, and 2 lions - to remind myself)
