There are several apartment complexes & condos in the Viera area. Depends on what you are looking for.

Any idea how aggressive the HOA is? I know they have plusses, but only if they're run by decent people :-)

Fairly strict. Not as bad as some I have seen.

@@EricLarkin yeesh. That's not encouraging. Lol. Is there any way to find out what an HOAs policies are, and how strict they are before you move in?

@@rainy1216 We should be able to get a copy of the HOA docs from the seller for your review. Usually you have the inspection period to look through the HOA docs. I haven't seen an HOA in Viera measure your grass or have a color chart to make certain your sidewalk is clean (that is an extreme HOA). Expect to have the architecture review committe (ARC) to approve the house paint color, fences, maybe even the landscaping (If you want to add or remove a tree). This is the basics of any HOA. Some people are OK with this...others are not...

@@EricLarkin that doesn't sound too evil. Lol. I appreciate this helpful information. Having never lived in an HOA before, it can be intimidating. Especially the unknowns, or things you may not know to ask. :-)

Some of the unique restrictions I have seen: No parking on the street from midnight to 7am No pick up trucks in the driveway No fences if you live on the water/lake/pond No door knocking No boats/RV/trailers Each HOA is a little different but the HOA docs should be accessible to help with a decision on if the 'hood is right for you 😎

It is pretty there because of the HOA. I've seen non HOA and it's kinda trashy.

I live in mission Bay in viera and if I'm rich and didn't have to work anymore I would buy a house here in Brevard county just in viera
