You observe and feel with the locals,; only in this way can you fully understand the culture and customs that people are adapting to the conditions of life. I'm so happy that you love our food. I live in the States and you don't know how I miss and yearn for these dishes you showed in many of your clips. Oh I bet you miss it!!! It is really hard to explain to someone who hasn't experienced Vietnamese food the incredible herby freshness. It is something western countries could learn from😋😋😋 We feel so good when we are eating it. It is because of this that we grow so much produce back in the tropics of Australia. We grow all the same herbs and vegetables because our climate is very similar. I can see that it would be hard in the States during winter. Anyway thank you so much for your kind words and I hope you get back soon and eat some very yummy food 😁😁😁

46:38 and Canh Bún eat with boiled swamp morning glory (rau muống). Bún Riêu eat with raw herbs. Some restaurants sell both of dishes.

We don't worry😊 Exposure to street food over the years has made us more and more aware of where to eat and where not to. We are careful where we can be but you really can't know for sure whether it's a 5 star hotel or a street food vendor. They all buy their food from exactly the same markets. The water they cook and wash in could be an issue but we haven't been sick in 10 years (or more) so statistically it's ok😁We eat salad, herbs and ice. I think it's something you get used to. We may have cast iron stomachs by now😁For us we take the risk and are so glad we do. The experiences it has allowed us to have over the years have been incredible. Having said all of that it may not be for some people and that's totally understandable🥰🥰🥰

We do occasionally😁There is a tip option on the App which GRAB does get a percentage of but it really helps the driver look good to GRAB. They like that. We might also just give the driver a cash tip. It's not expected but if they give us some good info or they look like they are struggling we will.

I saw your farm have some chickens,,,,,,,,,, me too around 100 Old English Game bantam but neighbor complaint so all of the had to go....
