i tried this and it wasnt as sweet as i thought. it came out well balanced and my rice didnt stick together. i have subscribed. will you be doing more cooking videos?

I usually use ketchup which is pretty sweet so never had to add sugar but I think I’ll switch to tomato sauce and have more control over how sweet it would be. Thanks for the recipe.

What variety of rice did you use? It isn’t Uncle Ben’s, nor Basmati. Thai Jasmine rice would be my guess, but it would be good to know what you actually use-especially since “rice is the most important part.”
