I saw an awesome food show on German TV where cooks were presented with rather complex local dishes and then later that day had to recreate it on their own just from memory of what they saw, smelled and tasted. It seems like a perfect game for you guys!! Either Ben/James cook something and the normals have to recreate it or the normals find food in London and the chefs have to recreate it!

The food looked pretty authentic. The noodles used at the 24 hr pho broth place weren't the usual noodles you see in pho though, they looked a little too wide. But if they were fresh noodles, nothing beats it.

I lived in New Orleans for a while. If you ever get the chance go to Pho Tau Bay on Tulane Avenue. It’s a tiny cafe but it made me fall in love with Vietnamese food. I live in the north of England and there are so few Vietnamese restaurants. I miss that place so much! One day I’ll have to take a trip to London to relive the experience.
