I used that Mielle cream gel today after seeing your video. I didn’t used it for the longest bc i though it would weigh my hair down, but surprisingly it didn’t and actually had some hold. I paired it with a gel and this washday came out nicer than I expected which is always great. Please try Original Moxie-they remind me of Twist by ouidad, curlsmith, innersense since they have lines for various types of hair and moisture levels. They have products for fine hair (light moisture) and 2 others with more moisture. I use the pop life volume foam (I especially love it to refresh), sweet poof volume spray, conditioner (a favorite, lightweight but still nourishing and with protein of course), hold up serum (another favorite for hold, similar to the treluxe serum since it has protein, but more hold similar to a gel, and moisture.) this replaced the treluxe serum and the leave in conditioner i was using. It can even replace a gel if i want more volume. It’s amazing! I also have mane tame (light serum, i use it to dry refresh, tame frizz, and SOTC). I love that this line has nice ingredients and moisture/protein balance. They are very concentrated, a bit goes a long way.

You didn't put the rice water in your roots????

It's not pure rice water. It has a lot of other conditioning ingredients in it. It's basically a little heavier than a leave-in conditioner, but has some rice water ingredients included. If I were doing a pure rice water rinse I would get on my scalp and more on my roots. Also, this is an older video of mine, and some of my techniques and applications have changed a little. I will actually be featuring this product and another rice water milk in a video coming out in March. So keep your eye out for that.

I definitely want to try these products out! I wanted to ask you if you have ever tried The Innate Life products before? I have their scalp treatment, the rose elixir and their conditioner. I have the one for fine to normal hair. I have to say that this is the only thing that helps me to not have wet frizz! The only thing! I didn't think that was possible 🤔 It smells like lemongrass. It's a very strong lemon scent but,lol...It really soaks in my hair and works really well. Anyway,just wanted to tell you about it and I loved this video! Your hair turned out amazing! ❤😍
