No much help for the viewer, but I try to give him some good info to help guide him along the way to self diagnose his 2016 Chevrolet Silverado Z71 5.3L truck.

Sometimes, ECM ground creates those kinds of problems. Also, check out the CKP and CMP sensores when it gets hot..... I hope it can help

I know it's a older video, but that sounds exactly like a seized engine.

Starter to block or bell housing poor contact or bad bonding wire which needs to be moved as close to the starter as possible for all cars if I work in that area, I also like redundant grounds in several places by adding on an Earthing Kit and check VD on positive battery wire to starter also. Cranking is turning the starter only, starting is the engine is running. NO CRANK is no starter action, NO START is the engine will crank but not start and actually run. A melted starter solenoid is a bad connection generating too much heat. As for stalling on the road is totally unrelated to crank or start problems.
