Did some looking at ILs and got this time with some new strats, this run was a bit of a gold farm! Pretty good run but still room for improvement of course.

Also, can you explain some of the glitches used (like staring at the ground for the 3-color-layers puzzle, and how to clip through the tram)?

that filter puzzle can be "solved" without hitting any of the switches. You just have to stand in a very particular spot, hence the back and forth movement.
