Great video. You have presented a lot of practical, real world advice. Long ago, I had the opportunity to save the life of a motorcyclist who had just been in an accident. He had a punctured femoral artery, which was rapidly spurting a lot of blood. At that time, I did NOT have a tourniquet, so I had to hold my thumb against his wound, which was surely much more painful for the victim than a tourniquet would have been but it bought him enough time for the paramedics to arrive. Nowadays, I DO carry a tourniquet, chest seal, bleed stop and a few other trauma items everywhere. I recommend that everyone get advanced first aid training. It could be your own loved one whom you save!

Not very refined or pretty but I fell in love with the solar G-Shock model. Not very pretty but I can just throw it on my wrist and basically forget it. It basically takes care of itself. First by automatically charging itself to automatically resetting the time at midnite every day. Heck, I don’t even have to manually illuminate the dial when I need it. Just a simple twist of my wrist and she lights up. I have been wearing the same watch problem free for 5 years and have another brand new one just waiting to replace my all blacked out model if and/or when it ever starts giving me problems but so far so good. It’s kind of a beast in that it still looks as ‘good’ as it did the day I first strapped it on despite the fact that I am in construction and I have never been what you would consider ‘careful’ or ‘gentle’ with it even having to dig asphalt out of the clasp a time or two, lol! Even tho I take my phone everywhere I think I’d be lost without one on my wrist. The very little time I have spent not wearing it, I felt naked and unprepared without it on my wrist. Still do

Retired NYPD gang..Glock 26 (sometimes Glock 19 during winter) Dispatched an armed robber with it while retired from a pretty good distance with regular sights. Don’t leave home without it. Be armed, be ready, be safe. Great show.

30 + years in security and corrections. Many training classes in firearms , self defense , first aid. Like he said, you have minutes to save yourself or someone else. Constant training until it is muscle memory.

I love that he isn’t afraid to admit some situations are just easier to barter out of. In no way do I believe this dude would just fold in any situation but being clear headed enough and humble enough to know when to engage or not engage what a beautiful balance of strength and intelligence. A lot of people would put themselves and others at risk just to prove alpha status or some shit like that. Inspiring dude , I was instantly impressed.
