My wife and I sat next to Jim Caviezel some years ago outside at a deli in Naples, Florida. I recognized him from the thin red line, and of course, the passion of the Christ. She had no idea who he was until I told her. She was like lean over and say hello. I told her “No way, look how relaxed and happy he is enjoying his lunch. ” Didn’t expect this on the Shawn Ryan show. Way to go Shawn! Cool all the way around.

I got to meet Jim Caviezel inside St. Pasquale Catholic Church in Thousand Oaks, Ca not far from Westlake many years back and actually got to shake his hand when it came down to giving the sign of peace in Mass. It was awesome. He’s a very serious man like you see him here. Was glad to be able to see him in person.

My sister my Neice and I went to see The Passion. It was the most amazing movie I had seen to date. Not one dry eye, when the movie ended, oh my, total silence no stirring, for at least a full 10 minutes!! A very powerful movie, Jim C portrayed Christ like no one ever before! The flogging scene was horrendous and so realistic, the pain my Jesus Christ endured is and was the hardest thing to watch!! I know it was a movie, but, the realism really brought it home, how much Christ loved us to endure that and then the cross.

When Sound of Freedom came out, I reserved my tickets last year July. I am glad you were able to bring the video back. We must save the children. The "great" people at YT didn't want the truth to get out. So they removed the interview...Disney, Hollywood elites and people in power in DC didn't want the movie to be released for four years and fought them every step of the way. I served in law enforcement for over 18+ years in Florida. Back then ( when three letter Agencies actually did their jobs), we had an investigation of a house in which several small sheds were located behind a high fenced yard. How it all started, the neighbors reported outdoor electric cords hooked up to their homes, and their electric bills were in the hundreds of dollars. We all were notified by FPL investigative division. The three men running the house ( all illegal) were bringing in girls ( from the ages between 16-19 yrs old "servicing" other illegals in the county. Search and arrest warrants were obtained. There were approximately 12-13 girls "working". The sheds had one light installed and portable air conditioners installed. Plus, a multitude of s** worker material, clothes and condoms. We were able to arrest two of the individuals ( the ring leader fled out of State back to Mexico). The women with HSI and victims advocates were able to get the girls treated and medical teams assigned to them. HSI conducted interviews with them ( none spoke English). Some of the girls were "sold" by their parents, others were forced. Some of course were afraid of speaking with HSI investigators. All of us involved had to process a vast amount of evidence. And this was back in 2009. Now look to present day, with the open border policies set forth by this corrupt Biden administration has caused. Congress admitted there is between 180,000 - 200,000 missing children and teens in our borders and the Biden administration doesn't know where they are. I supported this movie from the beginning. This is a global epidemic. It's why the left, Biden administration and democrats have caused a National invasion on our Southern border. There are over 11 million illegals in our Country. I support any one who wants to come here LEGALLY and go through the process. I lived on the border in El Paso ( until May of 2023). I crossed the border from Juarez to El Paso every day for three months ( fall of 2022). In Juarez, you see posters of missing girls and young teens plastered all over. I am glad Shawn was able to repost this interview. The political people in power, Hollywood elites, Disney and others did not want this movie shown. Makes you wonder why? Jim Cavesiel is right, God's children are not for sale.

I remember when I saw that movie at the movie house. Everybody went to the bathroom after the movie was over and you could so clearly see who was in that movie and opposed to who was in any other movie. All of us that just had watched the passion were bawling and although we were all complete strangers we were hugging each other and comforting each other because of what we had just seen was so powerful. The looks on everybody else's face who hadn't seen that movie who were in another movie were so perplexed they had no idea what was happening. But all of us who watched The Passion were completely bonded and had such a strong love for each other because of what we just experienced together.

Thank you so much for having Jim Caviezel as your guest. I have studied child sex trafficking for over a year because I had to know what these poor children go through. And it is so beyond heartbreaking. When Sound of Freedom hit theaters, I went alone to the very first showing. It was the most powerful film next to The Passion of the Christ. I saw Jesus here in Fremont Seattle. He was in a wheelchair. I felt drawn towards him so I walked towards him out of curiosity. The city became still. As I walked closer to him peace was washing over me than I walked around to the front of him to see his face as he was looking down. He had a white cloth wrapped around his head and his arm. He looked up at me we locked eyes and smiled at each other. The resonance off this man was the prince of peace. I had visions for a while entire week after that. ❤

Only those who have a real and lasting sense of abundance can be truly charitable. This is obvious when you consider what is involved. To the ego, to give anything implies that you will have to do without it. When you associate giving with sacrifice, you give only because you believe that you are somehow getting something better, and can therefore do without the thing you give. "Giving to get" is an inescapable law of the ego, which always evaluates itself in relation to other egos. It is therefore continually preoccupied with the belief in scarcity that gave rise to it. Its whole perception of other egos as real is only an attempt to convince itself that it is real. "Self-esteem", in ego terms, means nothing more than that the ego has deluded itself into accepting it's reality and is therefore temporarily less predatory. This self-esteem always vulnerable to stress, a term which refers to any perceived threat to the ego's existence. The ego literally lives by comparisons. Equality is beyond its grasp, and charity becomes impossible. The ego never gives out of abundance, because it was made as a substitute for it. That is why the concept of "getting" arose in the ego's thought system. Appetites are "getting" mechanisms, representing the ego's need to confirm itself. This is as true of body appetites as it is of the so-called "higher ego needs." Body appetites are not physical in origin. The ego regards the body as its home, and tries to satisfy itself through the body. But the idea that this is possible is a decision of the mind, which has become completely confused about what is really possible. The ego believes it is completely on its own, which is merely another way of describing how it thinks it originated. This is such a fearful state that it can only turn to other egos and try to unite with them in a feeble attempt at identification, or attack them in an equally feeble show of strength. It is not free, however, to open the premise to question, because the premise is its foundation. The ego is the mind's belief that it is completely on its own. The ego's ceaseless attempts to gain the spirit's acknowledgement and thus establish its own existence are useless. Spirit in its knowledge is unaware of the ego. It does not attack it; it merely cannot conceive of it at all. While the ego is equally unaware of spirit, it does perceive itself as being rejected by something greater than itself. This is why self-esteem in ego terms must be delusional. Salvation is nothing more than "right-mindedness," which is not the One-mindedness of the Holy Spirit, but which must be achieved before One-mindedness is restored. OMG, when he talks about the 7 year old and said he can hear her. I too started to hear that agonizing painful sound. And I am crying for her. I helped save 2 girls under 12 from this and not once did I ever hear that sound till just now. You have a powerful voice and words Jim. I saw your movie, Jim. I just wanna say I appreciate this interview. Being a rookie father of a almost 2 year old and 3 month old, I’ve become more protective of who they come into contact with. The Sound of Freedom had me bawling not even 20 minutes in. Shooting this movie must have been quite a journey and very heavy on the heart. You are a true inspiration. I’m not religious I am spiritual. I had an NDE and met Jesus and years later I met him again. I believe there is only one god who loves all of mankind. Jesus never calls anybody to start a religion with Him. He wants a relationship. We are the Church, we are the body. I don't know where you are with your walk but first seek the Kingdom and the rest will be given to you. As you learn about Jesus, who He said he is and what He said it's hard not to follow Him. Whatever it is, it is worth giving up for Him. Matthew 16:24 was the first verse I memorized and I still carry it with me daily.

I just saw "The Sound of Freedom." I'd been looking for this film for years online. I found trailers, but no movie. My children would be angry with me because I wouldn't allow them to do things that other parents let their daughters do. I'm not able to physically do much, so I needed to see your film at home. I couldn't move for a while after the film ended. I pray for the children & that God will destroy them. Thank you Shawn for doing this show, I just became a member to your channel. First of all, hands down the best podcast episode I’ve listened to in a long time. I saw sound of freedom & thought it was done perfectly. I’m glad you guys touched on adrenochrome. I fell down a rabbit hole a few yrs ago with a term associated with food. I grew up Christian knowing that there is evil because of the world we live in & ppl will sacrifice anything to gain fame & fortune, but never imagined to the depth of what I found. If people are turned away from this topic or can’t fathom the idea of what is going on, they need to open their eyes…Again, amazing job!
